Hello
An upgrade from 5.1.2 to 5.6 was done on a system with 2 drives using the SME software raid. We now have a raid alarm. The weird thing is the drive allocation was changed in the upgrade?
example
before upgrade md2 : active raid1 hdc1[1] hda1[0] 264960 blocks [2/2] [UU]
after upgrade md2 : active raid1 hda1[0] hdc1[1] 264960 blocks [2/2] [UU]
before upgrade md0 : active raid1 hdc5[1] hda5[0] 15936 blocks [2/2] [UU]
after upgrade md0 : active raid1 hda5[0] hdc5[1] 15936 blocks [2/2] [UU]
before upgrade md1 : active raid1 hdc6[1] hda6[0] 38796864 blocks [2/2] [UU]
after upgrade md1 : active raid1 hda6[0] hdc6[1] 38796864 blocks [2/2] [UU]
These drives are on separate cables. What would be the best way to get them back into sync?
Copy of raid alert as follows
last known good config was...
md2 : active raid1 hdc1[1] hda1[0] 264960 blocks [2/2] [UU]
md0 : active raid1 hdc5[1] hda5[0] 15936 blocks [2/2] [UU]
md1 : active raid1 hdc6[1] hda6[0] 38796864 blocks [2/2] [UU] unused devices:
the new configuration is now...
md1 : active raid1 hda6[0] hdc6[1] 38796864 blocks [2/2] [UU]
md0 : active raid1 hda5[0] hdc5[1] 15936 blocks [2/2] [UU]
md2 : active raid1 hda1[0] hdc1[1] 264960 blocks [2/2] [UU] unused devices:

Just run raidmonitor -iv, and these should go away.
