Title: 5.6 Server Only

I have installed 5.6 in server only mode with a public IP and no domain name.  This is a test system.   I cannot access the default website except via https.  Prior installations of 5.5 and earlier I have never had this problem.  Did I miss something in the installation or is there something new about server only in this version.  I have read the doc's and can't seem to find any references.

I have not tried it yet but I have read a couple of others with the same problem and a reboot fixed their problem.  Can't hurt.
