Title: Napster?

Right now, some Napster downloads work fine, but if the other user is behind a firewall too, we can't download his files if we're behind the e-smith gateway (it works fine if we connect directly to the internet). Also, external users time out trying to access our files. So in order to use Napster without problems, I have to open ports on the e-smith server. I found a page that describes this:

I'm a total linux newbie so which option should I use? And where do I add those lines in the e-smith? Has anyone enabled Napster on the e-smith gateway? We have tried configuring Napster to use the squid proxy, but without luck.
