Title: Forward spam-mails with Spamassassin
Post by: Thomas Kristensen on February 07, 2003, 12:12:31 AM
Hi,

I searched but didn't find an answer to this:

I've installed the latest spamassassin on SME 5.5 using John Alamos howto. Everything works just fine, spam is detected and marked AND per default forwarded to the user it was intended for with spam markup.

Here's what I want to do: All spam detected by spamassassin should be sent to spam@mydomain.com for review and NOT to the user. In other words, I want to filter the spam to a separate account.

So far, I've figured out that it probably has something to do with the .qmail and .qmail-isspam files in the users home directories but I can't seem to make it work.

If you know a way to do this, I would really appreciate your help.

Thanks in advance,
Thomas Kristensen

You might want to use promail to do this. Look around for the user-panel add-on for sme. This will allow you to create custom procmail rules for email delivery. Procmail and Spamassassin work real well together.
