Title: Qmail high priority with dailup

is the following prossible with qmail:

- all messages are send to a que and are send to the isp on a schedule
- when there is a internet connection, the que will be activated
- a message with the option high priority is send right away and will not wait in the que

i've this setup with freesco, but want to go to SME

Connection is made by a ISDN modem.
