Title: ICQ port numbering

Hi All,

What is the icq port numbering to connect out? if i wish to block the icq access, shd i deny 5190 or 4000?

kindly advise.

The connection to the ICQ server is on 5190. Direct connections between users (file transfers, etc.) are done starting at port 4000.
