Title: Recover from HDD fail

3 hard drives in the machine

HDA = Boot
HDC = Mapped to Ibay
HDD = Mapped to Ibay

HDD has failed how can I get in to the machine to edit the Fstab to remove HDD so that the machine will boot ??

Have you tried to boot with your rescue floppy?

Wish I had FDD in machine ;)

In the end trashed HDA and re installed software from backup

Fitted new HDD
