Hi all.
The following information is from my flexbackup log file. The pertinent part is the Broken Pipe, and Entire Dump is aborted part. I've tried two new seagate IDE 10/20 travan drives, new tapes, new ide ribbons, and both SME v5.5 and v5.6. any advice on how to proceed would be so greatly appriciated. I've been troubleshooting this for what seems like an eternity. The backup has worked intermittently.

I should add that this output is from a freshly installed 5.5 server with update 3 applied. The night of the install (monday)the backup ran fine. The next day (tuesday) it failed and the log posted is from that failure. The tape drive is a Seagate STT22000. I "downgraded" from v5.6 to v5.5 because of similar problems on the v5.6 server.
