Title: urgent help needed!!

My 5.5 U3 server down and I try to "restore from desktop" with my backup files but the brower show nothing but blank page. Anyone know how can I fix it? many thanks.

How are you going to your Server manager?
http://www.servername.com/server-manager
                             or
http://server-ip-adress/server manager
The last will work directly and for the first you need name resolving.
So try the last one.
