Title: help! mod_gzip installation error

i have sme5.6 installed and tried installaing e-smith-mod_gzip-1.3.19a-1es.i386.rpm from http://myezserver.com/, i get this error upon installation:

Apr 21 17:09:54 e-smith e-smith[9633]: [Mon Apr 21 14:10:10 2003] [error] mod_gzip: Make sure all named directories exist and have the correct permissions.
Apr 21 17:09:54 e-smith e-smith[9633]: [Mon Apr 21 14:10:39 2003] [error] mod_gzip: EMPTY FILE [/tmp/_2499_172_73.wrk] in sendfile2

I installed this one
http://mirror.contribs.org/smeserver/contribs/nightspirit/e-smith-mod_gzip/

it installed on e-smith 5.6Update4 without problems, but I don't how
to tell if the connections are GZIPed

i try install that version, what i had was e-smith-mod_gzip-1.3.19a-1es.i386.rpm
