Hi
trying to install a fritzcard PCI helped by the HOWTO i got the following message in modprobe hisax:

/lib/modules/2.2.16-22smp/misc/hisax.o: init_module: Device or resource busy
Hint: insmod errors can be caused by incorrect module parameters, including invalid IO or IRQ parameters
/lib/modules/2.2.16-22smp/misc/hisax.o: insmod /lib/modules/2.2.16-22smp/misc/hisax.o failed
/lib/modules/2.2.16-22smp/misc/hisax.o: insmod hisax failed

normal i should not set the IRQ specified.
What could be wrong ?

the result:

Using /lib/modules/2.2.16-22smp/misc/hisax.o
/lib/modules/2.2.16-22smp/misc/hisax.o: unresolved symbol register_isdn_Rsmp9fc70046

what does that mean ?

e-smith 4.1.2 is running on an smp maschine on an
asus PCI/I-P54NP4D board.

hope anyone can help an linux newbie :o)
