Title: Restore via rsync problem

Howdy!

I have recently run a reverse rsync to restore some files that were lost and now it takes about 5 minutes for my server-manager to come up and mail is really slow, too.

Any thoughts?

I might add that none of the ibays seem to have been affected - they seem to load as fast as ever - websites, I mean.
