I 've got a problem. All my users can see the files in my primary/html map. The only have to login on my server through FTP en go to the map. This is a problem because my MySQL passwords are written in my PHP files. Is there a solution for this??

Try here for instructions:
http://www.dungog.net/sme/howto/chroot.php
...and here for the rpm:
http://www.dungog.net/sme/files/dungog-proftpd-chroot-0.1-2.noarch.rpm
Adds a control panel entry so you can restrict their ftp access.

Thanks for all your help.
I think I will try the chown option because in also prevents the users on my local network to see the files in the primary/HTML map by using samba
