Title: can not receive mail ,can send no problem

I can send without a problem, however when i try to receive no luck. Below is the error I receive from my hhtpd error log:

[Fri May 23 16:20:29 2003] [notice] SIGUSR1 received. Doing graceful restart
[Fri May 23 16:20:31 2003] [notice] Apache configured -- resuming normal operations
[Fri May 23 16:20:31 2003] [notice] suEXEC mechanism enabled (wrapper: /usr/sbin/suexec)
[Fri May 23 16:20:31 2003] [notice] Accept mutex: sysvsem (Default: sysvsem)

Anyone have any idea what the problem is?

Why are you giving snips from your apache error log for a mail problem?
