We have e-smith 5.6u3 on an IDE 3ware raid with a 3rd ide drive as a backup drive I have set up flexbackup using the excellent How To of Des Dougan and it works flawlessly but the backup files have a timestamp in their name which I don't want.
flexbackup.conf has a parameter, $staticfiles which, when set to true is supposed to turn off the timestamping but that doesn't seem to work for me.
( I created a custom template for "10Globals" ,rebuilt /etc/flexbackup.conf and verified that it contains $staticfiles='true'
Any ideas on what I might be missing?
