Problem is I can not receive e-mail from outside.
Server is installed as dial-up and it is for test purpose for now.
So when I send e-mail from some account in format: user@111.111.111.11 [user@current.IP.address.of server]
Q-mail does not accept it(does not like recipient), or mail is lost without a trace!
What that it might be? Also it accepts all mail in same format when sent from the
Internet provider I'm using!

check the 'e-mail retrieval' panel in the server manager and leave delegate mail server blank.

It is blank, here I'm using sending mail in format as described user@IP.Address because there is no static IP and it seems that DNS won't resolve name of my server to the current IP or something similar, so qmail is rejecting arrived mail like
This domain can not be found in rcpthosts, and so on...
I have tried with adding some mail filters like accept User@* but it won't work again. If anybody has same problem and solution :) please share it with us
Thanks
