Title: Load balance ADSL

Is anyone aware of a reliable mod that would allow outgoing internet traffic to be load balanced between two or more ADSL connections?

no - but unless you have two adsl lines that are connected to two diferrent dslams at the exchange you won't get any benefit as the two lines would be sharing the same bandwidth at the exchange anyway (a contention ratio thing).
