Title: Connect to MySQL
Post by: ewald on July 01, 2003, 12:06:00 AM
Hello!

I try to use some MySQL-Tools (like ShopExpress for oscommerce, an MySQL-Admin for Windows, and so on). But nothing of that can connect to the MySQL-Database.

With phpMyAdmin on a SME5.6-Server i try to make a user with the hosts localhost, 'My Workstation IP', *, % ...

In the Config-Section of the tools i try to use the user admin, root, 'user', 'user'@localhost, 'user'@workstationIP,...

Can anyone tell me the system how this should work?

Thanks, Ewald

The Server is a Server and Gateway Machine, the Workstation is on the local net.

Go to www.rpmfind.net.

I used glibc-2.2.5-43.i386.rpm and glibc-common-2.2.5-43.i386.rpm
