Title: File attachment Upload on Horde webmail not working

Hi!
I have just noticed that everytime I try to upload an attachment for an
email using Horde webmail

The error resembles the case when I upload a file bigger than 2MB,
but error ocurres even with smaller files of 10K for instance.

Any ideas where to start investigating for solutions?

What version are you using? SME version? IMP version? Horde version?
