There is a problem with the "/etc/issue file" in SME 5.6.
It claims it is owned by the e-smith-release RPM, when clearly it should be owned by redhat-release RPM found on Redhat CDs.
The e-smith-release should be GPL, since the file "/etc/issue" belongs to another GPL RPM owned by RedHat. Because the e-smith-release RPM is copyright Mitel Networks Corporation, and not released as GPL, Mitel may be in violation of the licensing agreement with RedHat.
Any thoughts?
