Title: Outlook feature for deleting messages after X days

A user is describing  this problem.

He is using Outlook email client to read emails, and has a setup where he erases the email messages older than 3 days.

When a user reads a new email via webmail. It seems that all messages loose the read message flag so Outlook downloads all the messages again.

Anyone else has noticed this issue? Is this a bug or a lack of compatibility..

We are using SME 5.6U4 with secure email patch.

Simple, don't download (POP) the emails, keep them on the server (IMAP) so any manipulations remain consistant. Outlook supports both POP & IMAP, so does SME, it'll take less then a minute to switch the client over.

It is a pain in the *ss having an stubborn, that don´t want to do/understand so :(
