Hi James,
it installes without any problems. Setup an ibay with web access and dynamic content allowed. Extract the files to the ibay/html and follow the few steps in the file docs/install.txt.

Netoffice looks A LOT like PHPCollab.

We've been using PHPCollab for a few projects and it worked fine for us...

It Work Well in my SME 5.5 box.  And my Clients Like it a lot.
