I have recently lost one of my drives that were installed in a raid configuration. While waiting for the replacement, I reformatted and installed SME6beta3 on a single drive. I have now recieved the second drive back and would like to now put the second drive into my system, and enable Raid support.
I have searched Contribs.org, but have been unable to find a how-to to make this happen. Any help will be appreciated.

I am assuming you are meaning software RAID1
The general procedure is:
Do a full backup, and make sure you verify it.
Instal your second HDD, first disk as primary master and second disk as secondary master
Do a fresh instal of sme OS and configure as RAID1
Restore your backup
You cannot convert a single disk non RAID to a software RAID1 configuration. Software RAID1 can only be setup at instal time.

I have had success converting from non-raid to both RAID1 and RAID5 by following this HOWTO - using a standard 5.6 kernel and (better still) by compiling a custom kernel:
