Title: Personalize Quota notification message

Is there a way to change the quota notification?  I would like to personalize the message.

Quota notifications are hardcoded into warnquota, so you'll need to
install the source rpm and recompile to customize this. You can do a few things in /etc/warnquota.conf, but that's very limited :-/
