Title: FTP Fine user access & control

Is there any way, via an addon ect, to get more control over the ftp server in 5.6U6??? Being able to limit access & uploads/downloads to a defined group,quota, time, date ect would be a real plus. I would love to have a more fine grained controll of the ftp server.
