Well, I have NOT tried with Amavis with Panda but it cannot be all that difficult. You change your settings at

#etc/amavis-ng/amavis.conf and change visrus-scanner parameter to Panda.

PS : I've installed Amavis & Clam AV oin 5.6 and 6.0 beta3, it works really fine for me. I get updates everyday and do a total scan once a week.

Ergin,

Thank you, really,  but as you said I have also installed clam + amavis-ng
and runs great, but this customer wants panda,

I have installed Panda PerimeterScan which is not shareware, well you
have to pay the license in order to be able to get the antivirus definitions uptodate,

I am doing testing, I would let you know if it is worth it.

All I can think of is

http://pagefault.org/howto/amavis_clam.shtml

Use Panda package instead of CLAMD. You probably shpuld check the user rights for Panda Antivirus but other than that the procedure should be the same.

Let us know how it works... ;-)

Ergin, I need to set up a single server for email only.

It needs to scan all incoming email. The updates need
to be bang up to date and automated.

I need a recommendation even if not freeware / open source
 and prices.

Can you make any recommendations ?

I will now search the NG and see if anyone is doing this recently.

 Thanks
