Title: How To Recompile PHP with GD Support

Somebody have solution to recompile PHP with GD support ?
There are a few parameter and I don't know wich I must set

On SME 5.6 - 6b3 ?

PHP already has GD support as it ships with both 5.6 and 6.0b3.
