Title: Triple emails on 5.5

I have a 5.5u6 server which is producing triplicate emails. All users are affected. I have tried deleting and recreating users. No luck. The only change to the server was the installation of the user shell access rpm which seemed to work fine. Shortly after installing that rpm I noticed the triplicate emails - and yes the triplicate files are showing up in the users' maildir directories so it is not Outlook.

I have removed the usershellaccess rpm and done the post-upgrade/reboot. I wanted to try re-applying update 6. What is the proper rpm command to reapply all the updates?

Well, I've reapplied all the 5.5 update 6 rpm's and still no luck. I am still getting triple emails in all accounts. Any suggestions? Re-install 5.5?

Strange,
I have a client who is getting duplicate e-mails all of a sudden.
They are only affecting the admin account though.
IE, confirmation of Backup2ws, clamav scans etc, all sends two copies.
