Title: iso-8859-2 in the SME 5.6
Post by: Janusz on November 22, 2003, 01:15:14 AM
I can't figure out how to set polish fonts (iso-8859-2) in the SME 5.6 server-manager.
I've tried like this:

1. Console
/etc/sysconfig/i18n
LANG="pl_PL"
LC_CTYPE="pl_PL"
LC_NUMERIC="pl_PL"
LC_TIME=”pl_PL"
LC_COLLATE="pl_PL"
LC_MONETARY="pl_PL"
LC_MESSAGES="pl_PL"
LC_ALL="pl_PL"
SYSFONT=lat2u-16 UNIMAP=lat2u
SYSFONTACM=iso02

/sbin/setsysfont
consolechars -f lat2u-16.psf.gz

/etc/sysconfig/keyboard
KEYBOARDTYPE=”pc”
KEYTABLE=”pl”
/bin/loadkeys

2. ...and login as admin fired Lynx, type

Display character set - Eastern European (ISO-8859-2)
Preferred document character set -ISO8859-2
Assumed document character set -iso-8859-2

... save this settings and when I type [Alt Gr] + [z],
What's wrong?

Best regards.
