Title: Mail relaying

I was actually hoping that Darrell May would have an answer to this.  I was trying to follow his how-to for smtp lockdown, but could not find the files that he listed.  I was wondering what version that how-to was for, or if there were some contribs that I was to install first.  

Anyone?
