Title: Chat room

I use linux.com chat room all the time for help. I think if e-smith had a chat room we could communicate with each other better and help each other easier.

Thanks for the suggestion, but I don't really see the need for yet another
user-based support mechanism.

We also provide support as part of our subscription service.

There is a wealth of information, growing all of the time, in the bulletin
boards and the developer mailing list.

You can search the bulletin boards and if you don't find anything
relevant you can post a new thread.
