Perhaps you could include the socks or dante package in a future release?

Out of interest, what services do you want to run through socks which are
not currently supported by the transparent proxies?

No... i already figured Napster out    :)

I had some problems getting ICQ working with the ipchains mod, so I just installed socks instead! I thought it could be useful for other people as well.

As far as I know, as of the latest version of ip_masq_icq (0.56), ICQ 2000x is not supported.

I have personally never found port forwarding to be reliable when there are multiple ICQ clients behind the firewall, however, SOCKS works well.  :)
