Title: encrypted fs and/or password for lilo

This could be a really nice feature, often neglected.
I know it is only feasible outside the US, but there's more people outside, right?

The encrypted fs part of the request has more problems than just export
restrictions. Losing the keys to an encrypted filesystem can be a real problem :-)

We are planning to password protect LILO.
