we've just started to get multiple failure notices (Mailer-Daemon) for the same failure, multiple likes tens of identical messages per failure. when I grep in /var/log, I only find a record of one transaction - one failure, yet the bounce message is appearing many many times at the client (Netscape or IMP via IMAP, so I'm guessing it's not a Netscape problem) I'm not aware of any changes that coincide with this.
any ideas how I might further trace, or better, eliminate this loop?
