Title: Transparent proxying

It is very easy to do if already using Squid and firewalling rules.

It is based on firewalling rules to redirect the calls to port 80 to another one if coming from inside your network.

There is a transparent-proxying howto for it.

There is a contributed package for this on www.e-smith.org under "Contributed RPMs".
Use the index and download e-smith-transproxy.

Passing all requests through squid can be a performance problem on low power
gateway boxes, so it is not currently a standard feature, but yes we are thinking
about it.
