It would be nice to set a parameter in the manager to set all of the colors and maybe a standard header/footer for every page on the site(or just an ibay). That way any ibay would have a default color scheme (if none are chosen), and override the entire site so you could put a standard toolbar on the top of every page. CSS if you like.
Also, an easily customizable 404 page would be nice.
Just suggestions....
