Congratulations to all the people who worked on e-smith. It is really a good product and continues to evolve nicely!!!
I was wondering if anyone has asked for the integration of the Linux Terminal Server yet? www.ltsp.org
With the basic network/mail/filesharing etc services taken care of by e-smith, it might be nice to now be able to serve terminals as well as workstations. I know this is more geared toward larger companies that have a need to control workstation cost, but it might also benefit for instance medium size offices such as a dental office that might want a terminal in the exam room, on a cart etc. Also schools would be able to bring up an excellent infrastructure etc without having to necessarily have an administrator on site.
Just a thought....
Again nice work!!!!

Hi David,
I was wondering just about the same, i have a small cyber cafe and i would like to try with diskless workstations just for internet access, you know, no ftp no disk access at all, just borwsing, chatting, etc using X GUI and netscape or any other linux browser.
Right now i'm reading about this in different web sites, i'm a linux newbie but i'm very curious too so i read that you can install ltsp on redhat linux and e-smith as i know is based on redhat so it would be possible i think.
Thanks!
Jos
