Title: Longer user names

Hi,

Would it be possible to use longer names for user names than only 12 characters please.
I'm annoyed due to this simply because I'm a french admin and the root username on my servers (WinNT and 2000) are "Administrateur" which are 14 characters ...
I don't want to create new admin accounts just for that ... why only 12 characters ???

Could you also please convert automatically names to lower case instead of throwing an error when there is an upper cased character in the user name ... this is quite annoying.

Another (I think) good point would be to add ODBC connectivity to some major databases engines such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, MS SQL 7, Oracle, ...

Anyway, this is certainly one of my prefered Linux distribution : Simple and Efficient : Great Job !

Merci pour la FAQ en français, même si je parle bien anglais, c'est quand même bien pratique ...
