Title: pop-before-smtp authorisation

Pop before smtp authorisation would be a very useful feature.  We used to use this on our old setup, before moving to e-smith, and it is the only feature we really miss.  Other than that, this is a great product

This looks like it would be a good fit if the qmail package were patched to accomodate it.
