Hi all,
I am trying to promote Mitel software in my area. I have been using Mitel at home for quite a while and am very impressed with the quality of the software.
May I get information from the list on the cost of ownership of a Mitel SME server as compared this revealing IDC study commissioned by RedHat?
https://redhat1.rgc2.net/servlet/website/ResponseForm?koE09v3wyLn-f9
It appears that the cost to medium to large enterprises is in the range $250-$500 per client for an enterprise that has 1000 users. I am interested in data on how life cycle costs scale for businesses with 50, 100, 200, 500 and 1000 clients. It would be nice to know how many supported users are in each business. I plan to scale the data to 1000 users just as IDC did.
The detailed cost of ownership includes the following categories. Note that the study costed out collaboration separate from intranet/internet/extranet configurations. This may be impossible to separate but nice info to have if available.

Web Site Management

I will consolidate all received info and post a summary to the list.
Please feel free to email me offlist.
Thanks for your time.
