E-smith already has (most of) these option I think. Have a look at http://myezserver.com/docs/mitel/rav-howto.html
However using it does cost money after the initial 60 day evaluation period is over. So it might be a good idea to have other virus scanner software to choose from in the future. I know there is a command line version of McAfee and there might also be a free version out there of some other company (mostly for for non-commercial use though). I have no idea if there is a real difference in quality, or if the money you save is worth the effort.
Maybe someone has some experience in using other virus scanning software like for instance McAfee instead of RAV?
