Title: Named records added with local networks

When adding a local network in the server-manager panel, named files are not added in /home/dns/var/named as they are for virtual domains.

This causes reverse lookup delays for IP addresses of hosts connecting via WAN connections. These delays are evident in imap and ssh connections.
