I would like configure Webmin or  Swat or Linuxconf in the SME V5.5 version

Bad idea... Webmin, swat, Linuxconf and other administration software are not compatible with SME templates system.

Feel free, go right ahead. However, as we warn you in the FAQ, your system will no longer work as you expect it to, since there will be two systems trying to control the configuration in different ways.
