just adding my 2 bits in here, UPnP might b something that could be implemented in new releases for all those ppl who need messenger & voice chat.

This would be nice for some users. I suggested it a long time ago. However, UPnP was built with absolutely no security in mind. It allows clients to change routing setups on the server dynamically, which as you can see could be a very huge security issue for a large portion of Mitel's target audience.

Understandable, I recognise that it could b a security risk, maybe a blade or something that u could add it in with.

Yes, many options are disableable on SME, this one should also be ?
