Title: Datalimit per user and per period

I want to limit the datatraffic for some ip's in my local network to a maximum use of.. say 2GB per month. When this 2GB is reached, the user should see a "datatraffic limit reached" message and that user shouln't be able to access the internet till next month.

Or having control like we have in censornet distribution. We are able to limit bw per user, schedule internet access per time of the day, limit traffic based on amount and so on.

A form of speed shaping for individual client ip's after x amount  of download from the internet (not the intranet) per month would be handy along with a nice web-based user interface for newbies like me.

what is the likely hood fo this happening ??\
