Title: Control Dialup Through Web User Interface

Would it be possible to implemente Dialup Through a Web browser interface rather than SME dialing up automatically. Example can be Found in SmoothWall

Take a look at www.dungog.net, I'm sure that Stephen developed this as an add-in some time ago.
