Under: Hostnames and addresses

When creating/modifying a hostname, there exists the following:

The ServiceLink DNS configuration and hosting service provides the ability to automatically make hostnames available throughout the Internet.
To activate this server for ServiceLink, click on the Status panel.

Publish globally  [ ]
----------------------------------------

This option is completely irrelevant unless you are using ServiceLink, and this version will not be. The above screen prompts should be removed, and eventually any underlying code stripped as well.

Confirmed and should be removed from the GPL release.
