Then I tried twiggi and when clicking on the email button i get the following error message:
IMAP error: Decrease the value of the setting 'Number of Messages to index on one screen
Can anyone please help.

Darrell May updated his Twiggi contrib:
http://mirror.contribs.org/smeserver/contribs/dmay/smeserver/6.x/contrib/Twiggi/
smeserver-twiggi-1.10.16-3.noarch.rpm
Now supports:
Mitel SME Server 5.5 to SME Server 6.0.1 (6.x)
PHP 4.1.2 to PHP =>4.3.x
I´ve installed it on SME 6.0 (PHP 4.3.4). I´m still having some small problems with that PHP version, and sometimes have to refresh pages before they load. This happens with twiggy, but also with some others scripts. So I guess it´s not twiggi to blame.

I have just loaded the l;atest release of twiggi
smeserver-twiggi-1.10.16-4.noarch.rpm
and all seems fine.
-
Where did you get the latest release of Twiggi - 16-4?
Cna you please tell me where to download it from and how to install it when having an existing version.
Thank you

thanks alot bud, It does not look any different. But it works just fine.
Hey does anyone know how to view emails in html format in Twiggi?
-
New install of 6.0.1 -- added dmay's twiggi through the server update -- that was nice -- but I'm getting this error
Error: Access denied for user: 'www@localhost' (Using password: NO)
Error: Access denied for user: 'www@localhost' (Using password: NO)
on going to myserver.com/twiggi
was I supposed to create an ibay named "twiggi" before the install?
-
You don´t have to create an ibay. Installing the rpm should do it.
Think you have to adjust the twiggi setting in your server-manager. Just take a look, the settings are self-explaining.
-
odd, did the install twice with the same error -- going for # 3 -- fresh install of SME 6.01-01 -- twiggi rpm installed fine
I looked at the twiggi items in the menu -- didn't notice anything I ought to change. I get two copies of the error message above at the top of the twiggi login page, after logging in I get a page and a half full
I will be looking for more clues on this install
-
3rd try same problem -- must be missing something obvious.
-
I'm having the same prob...
at top of mydomain.com/twiggi
-----------------------------
Error: Access denied for user: 'www@localhost' (Using password: NO)
Error: Access denied for user: 'www@localhost' (Using password: NO)
I know the problem, but once again, dont know how to fix yet. Basically, there is no database setup for twiggi. I have checked in phpmyadmin. Thus, there is no user setup...
anyonce able to give us any tips?
cheers.

Modify your
# /opt/groupware/twiggi/config/dbconfig.inc.php
file so you have the correct DB, user, password etc.
