Title: SME6 final - Servermanager Error

After adding a virtual domain, in my Browser I get

Proxy Error
The proxy server received an invalid response from an upstream server.
The proxy server could not handle the request GET /server-manager.

Reason: Could not connect to remote machine: Connection refused

with http or https!

Any suggestions

Try this from the server console:

lynx http://127.0.0.1/server-manager

It should prompt you for username & password and then you're in.  Not graphical, but useable all the same.
