Title: Compatible with HP NetServer LD Pro
Post by: Bill Coghill on July 18, 2001, 09:12:39 AM
Has anyone tried running e-smith on an HP Netserver LD Pro.  The HP site dsescribes as being compatibe with UNIX, but no mention of Linux.  Also its not listed on the Red Hat Compatibility site.

At the price its been offered I might just try it any way !!

for more info goto www.canberracomputers.com.au then select networking.

HP Netserver LD Pro with 180MHz Pent Pro and 3 x 4Gb Hot swap drives : $400 Australian (roughly $200US!!)  Only problem is that it weighs 30Kgs !!
